Adjustable Step-In Dog Harness and Leash Set for Small Dogs and Puppies

This dog harness and leash set is designed for small dogs and puppies, including breeds such as the Chihuahua. It combines a step-in vest harness with a matching lead, giving you a complete walking set in one purchase. The harness uses a double fastening method with hook and loop fastener and a buckle, plus a sturdy double D ring that provides two choices for attaching the lead. Its vest-like design distributes leash pressure evenly across the chest and shoulders, which helps prevent choking or neck strain. This makes it suitable for dog training or for dogs that tend to pull. The set is lightweight and easy to handle, and the harness is adjustable at the chest. Reflective strips on the harness and luminous reflective threading on the lead help keep you and your dog visible in low light conditions. The harness is available in sizes S, M, L and XL, and in Blue, Coffee, Green, Orange, Purple or Red.

Features and Construction

The harness and lead are built for everyday walking, with materials chosen for comfort and handling. The harness uses polyester with breathable mesh fabric and a colourful plaid pattern, while the lead is made from high-density nylon rope. The closure system combines hook and loop fastener with a buckle, and the double D ring gives you flexibility in how you attach the lead. Reflective details on both pieces support visibility during evening walks.

Material and Build

The harness is made from polyester with a breathable mesh fabric and a colourful plaid pattern. The mesh construction is intended to be comfortable to wear and is designed not to stick to the dog's hair. The lead is made of strong high-density nylon rope. A heavy-duty 360° swivel metal hook helps prevent tangling, and the padded handle makes the lead more comfortable to hold or wrap around your hand.

Size and Practical Fit

The harness is adjustable and comes in sizes S, M, L and XL. Sizing does not correspond directly to your pet's breed or weight, so measure your pet's full chest girth before purchase. If the measurement falls between sizes, order one size up. The step-in design and adjustable chest strap allow you to fine-tune the fit for a snug, escape-proof result when sized correctly.

Uses and Placement

This set is suitable for regular walks, training sessions, and evening outings. The no-pull design and reflective details make it a practical choice for dogs that pull or for walking in low light. The lead can also be used on its own with other harnesses, adding flexibility to your walking routine.

Event or Professional Use

For training or organised walks, the double D ring and double fastening method provide secure attachment points. The vest-like design distributes pressure across the chest and shoulders, which can help during training exercises where control is important. The reflective strips and threading support visibility when walking in low light conditions.

Everyday Home Use

For daily walks around the neighbourhood, the step-in design makes the harness quick to put on and take off. The lightweight lead is easy to handle for small dogs and puppies. The breathable mesh fabric and plaid pattern are designed to be comfortable for the dog, and the padded handle helps reduce strain on your hand during longer walks.

Benefits and Buying Value

The set offers a complete walking solution with a harness and lead that work together. The adjustable fit, reflective details, and no-pull design address common walking concerns for small dogs. The lead's separate usability adds value if you already own other harnesses.

Reuse and Low Maintenance

The harness and lead are made from materials that can be wiped clean or hand washed as needed, based on the polyester and nylon construction. The adjustable straps allow the harness to be resized as your puppy grows, within the available size range. The lead can be used with other harnesses, so it remains useful even if you change harness styles.
